1. I mostly don't care about calories.
2. I think it works if you just wanna lose some weight by definition. But you could get a huge crave in any time. Although, I'm trying not to take carb and / either sugar after 6 o'clock besides alcohol.
3. I don't believe in Low Fat/Fat Free thing. Foods gotta be delicious and those are not!
4. If KFC still using Trans-Fat, then I'm good.
5. I don't like it. I'd eat less regular one instead of Whole Grain.
I don't think it's quackery, but I don't follow them so much either. At some point of my life, am I gonna have to quit drinking and totally change my life style? Maybe, maybe not. I don't know.
